I didn't make this, but I wish I did. Does it not look delicious??
As my friends and family know, I have a weakness for kabocha. I can eat it every day (an do) and be happy. Texture, color, flavor, versatility, vitamin A--this squash has it all. Is it the perfect food? Could be.

ohmygod, the Japanese are unbelievable when it comes to good food. How beautiful can one get--the combo of outside skin, purin, then kabocha is simply perfecto....
