the three-day weekend started with a typhoon, followed by a wedding, Rocky Horror karaoke, new aquamarine earings, Harry Potter on the big screen, heavy-duty apartment cleaning, and ended on an earthquake.
And it should be noted that the whole wedding had an origami/kimono pattern theme. There were small paper cranes in the invitations and the place cards at the table. Coordination!

wow -- what an incredible dress! I've never seen anything like that before, kimono style done in a very western cut. Where did it come from?
i think she had it custom made. aren't the colors stunning? she was rocking the dress.
