I love Japan for many things. Yogurt, for one. Japan does not require its milk products to be pasteurized, as does the States, so the flavor is much milder and delicately sweeter. Koiwai 100% raw milk plain yogurt is my favorite.

I did not know that Japanese yogurt did not have to be pasteurized.
Is this a good thing?????
My favorite yogurt is the Koiwai "Gourmet Fan".
